About Dan Beirute

Dan Beirute is a 1996 graduate of Harvard Law School and a 1993 graduate of Missouri State University. Since 1997 his legal practice has focused on representing and advising non-profit organizations in all 50 states regarding a diverse array of matters, such as attaining and maintaining 501(c)(3) status, trademarks, employment law, contracts, real estate, liability issues, and general governance issues.

Dan has written many informative articles for national publications regarding legal issues of interest to non-profit organizations. He frequently speaks at seminars for non-profit leaders.

For more than a decade, Dan taught a Non-profit Legal Issues course for students in the Masters of Non-profit Management program at Oral Roberts University.
